To Whom it may concern: I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff Myers and the staff at Beaufort Alarm. I purchased a new condo in Beaufort last year and needed to find a company to handle all my electronic needs, TV’s, sound system, speakers, etc. Approximately a year ago I asked two top local residential real estate agents in Beaufort at different times who they would recommend for my electronic needs and they both recommended Beaufort Alarm. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed working with these people, their prices were very fair, they always showed up when they said they would, they never left a mess and they have been more than patient with me because I am electronically challenged, plus they installed a system and made it as simple as possible and I can actually operate it without any problems. In addition and they have helped me with other issues I have faced being an out of town person who is not living in Beaufort and trying to find responsive good people from a distance to do work at a reasonable price, on time, and to my satisfaction. I love the Beaufort area and the Beaufort people but the term Slow Country is fitting when you are trying to find people to do work that fits your schedule when your coming to Beaufort on a limited basis even in a bad economy. I never had that problem with the folks at Beaufort Alarm or any of the other people they have introduce me to for other needs. I am a Beaufort Alarm fan and more than happy to recommend this great company to any interested parties. I wish they had a location in Birmingham!! When I moved to Beaufort 2 -1/2 years ago, I had no idea to whom to turn for "whole house," comprehensive alarm protection (intrusion, smoke, cell phone backup, etc.). Fortunately, the man who inspected the home prior to purchase suggested Beaufort Alarm and Sound. I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff Myers and his two technicians, John and Matt, worked long and hard to adapt the alarm system hardware already in the house to Beaufort Alarm's monitoring systems. It was not an easy task, but they were able to do it and save me money in the process. Beaufort Alarm also provided components compatible with an existing sound system in the house. When "fired up," the sound system will "blow the roof off of the place."
